Staff Benefits

At Unison we offer many benefits to our staff. These will be explained in detail to you should you be successful in applying for a role with us. Outlined below are some of the benefits offered.

1	Medical Insurance
	Unison provides all permanent employees with health insurance through Southern Cross. All permanent employees are eligible for this benefit after completing three months continuous service.

2	Company Life Insurance
	Free life insurance is one of the many benefits the Company offers as part of its commitment to be a good employer. All permanent fulltime and part-time employees are eligible upon appointment. This entitlement means that upon death or total disablement due to accident or illness an assured sum will be paid.

3	Superannuation Scheme
	Unison offers a subsidised superannuation scheme and any employee is entitled to join after three months continuous service.

4	Becoming Active!
	Unison encourages employees to become active by providing subsidies for one of the following: - gym membership - sports club membership - sporting equipment.

5	Sports Team Sponsorship
	Unison sponsors a number of employee sports teams either through the provision of branded clothing and/or subsidised event entry fees. The Company encourages employees to participate in team sports organised by fellow employees.
